Located in Epanomi, Serenity House offers an outdoor pool, garden, terrace, BBQ area, free WiFi, city view an private parking.

The house includes 2 apartments with separate entrances. Each apartment is air-conditioned, has a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchenette. In each living room there is a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed. So each apartment has space for 4 people.

We assign the house only as a "whole" so you are always on your own.

The Serenity house is about 3 km from the beach in a very quiet location. There is a wall around the property, so the property and the pool are not visible from the outside. So you are undisturbed.

It was completely renovated in 2021 and is ideal for guests with a rental car. The drive to the beach takes about 8 minutes. There you will find taverns and small supermarkets where you can get everything you need.
If required, we also offer a catering service. Our catering partner will be happy to serve you breakfast or dinner. We will be happy to send you a food and drink menu on request.
From the balcony you have a view of the village of Epanomi, which is about 8 km away.

In each apartment you have:
Flat screen TV, WiFi, hair dryer in the bathroom, kitchen equipment (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, kitchen utensils, fridge).
You also have your own washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Covered parking space, 4,000 square meters of land with fruit trees (you are welcome to enjoy the fruits).

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment.

The whole house is equipped with mosquito nets, has sockets near the bed and a tiled floor.

They have sun beds and umbrellas by the pool.

There is also a large barbecue area available.

On request we can also provide you with a baby cot.

And if you want to do sports, there are also 2 bicycles available.
